I started in this business specifically because of the experience my wife and I had when we attempted to purchase our first waterfront property. We struggled for over two years to find a realtor who understood waterfront property, and when we finally did find someone with waterfront experience, it turned out they were limited in the geographic territory they covered.

We thought it was going to be simple. We knew exactly what we wanted: a nice, vacant lot on the water to build our dream vacation home for our family to enjoy, and all this within four hours from our home.
